The SMR-SPEC-04356 assembly frame for prefabricating control cabinets, assembling industrial automation components and manufacturing wire harnesses. Designed and manufactured by Jabama after consultations and tests carried out by companies involved in assembling of switchboards and electrical boards. The table guarantees high ergonomics thanks to the height and angle adjustment of the working frame. The frame can also be extended, and the elements are mounted on extendable and adjustable clamping arms. The table is also equipped with a set of reliable swivel wheels with brakes, making it extremely easy to move and rotate the workstation during operation. Thanks to all these features, the workstation addresses the most important needs of professional fitters and allows for an increase in production efficiency of up to 20-40%. At the same time, it is an attractive and cost-effective solution, efficient but significantly cheaper than the version of such a workstation with electric height and tilt adjustment. The front and rear sides have a metal edge that you can rest the part you're mounting on, plus two protective metal plates with mounting screws. Each of these parts can be easily unscrewed if needed. The side arms have clamps with knobs that let you adjust them to the height of the part you're mounting.
