In an industrial environment, equipment must withstand the test of time and intensive use. The construction of our workbenches allows the workstation to be safely loaded from 500 kg up to 1,000 kg and more in the heaviest series of reinforced metalworking benches. The table structure gains greater strength and rigidity through the use of thicker steel profiles, additional bracing and reinforcement plates. • Plywood worktops: characterised by exceptional hardness and impact resistance, making them a standard choice for metalworking, heavy assembly work and vice installation.
• Worktops covered with stainless steel sheet: resistant to direct contact with oils, greases, solvents and coolants; the steel sheet provides additional protection and extends the service life of the worktop.
• Worktops finished with 3 mm ribbed rubber: absorb impacts, protect components and provide enhanced resistance to grease and oil.
• Worktops made of durable 25 mm melamine-faced board: intended for lighter service, inspection and packing tasks.

What solutions do you offer for maintenance departments?

For maintenance departments, we recommend heavy-duty workbenches equipped with spacious tool drawer modules, perforated panels with sets of hooks and holders, as well as worktops covered with sheet metal or oil-resistant rubber. Mobile versions on lockable castors are also frequently selected. JABAMA offers an extensive range of mobile workbenches with high load capacities.

Do you offer height-adjustable workbenches?

Yes, we offer models with manual screw adjustment as well as professional workbenches with smooth electric adjustment based on proprietary JABAMA actuators.
