For online purchases the following delivery methods are available within Poland:

• Jabama delivery – carried out directly by Jabama using our own fleet of delivery vehicles. The price of this service (delivery costs start from 100–1380 PLN depending on the delivery address) includes bringing the products inside and assembling them at the location indicated by the customer. This option is a good choice when you order larger quantities of workstations or other industrial furniture. An experienced team of installers will assemble and install all furniture correctly.

• Courier delivery – the ordered industrial furniture will be delivered by a courier company, packed on pallets in a disassembled form (for self‑assembly). The delivery price depends on the quantity of ordered products and starts from 300 PLN. Smaller parcels with compact items (e.g. castor sets) will be shipped in cartons according to the current price lists of courier companies.

• Personal collection – all products can be collected in person from our factory after selecting the personal collection option in the delivery section of the cart when placing the order. If you choose this delivery option, we do not charge any additional packing or handling fees.

International deliveries outside Poland are arranged individually after agreeing the delivery location and delivery cost with the Seller.

Order lead time

The order lead time may vary depending on the type of product selected, its variant and the ordered quantity. The standard lead time is 4 weeks and includes production, preparation of the order for shipment and delivery. Other lead times used in our online store are 2 weeks, or 5–6 weeks for products with lower availability.

For each of our products the lead time is indicated in the top right corner of the product page (right next to the product image).

Deliveries are made on business days from Monday to Friday. We start processing the order after the payment has been credited to our account (for this reason traditional bank transfers may extend the overall lead time). If your order includes products with different lead times, the order will be shipped once all items in that order are ready for dispatch.
