Returns
If you are a consumer or a so-called privileged entrepreneur, you have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the product (delivery).
To meet this deadline, it is sufficient to notify us by:

We will promptly confirm receipt of your withdrawal statement. You should then send the returned goods to the following address: ul. Lawendowa 75, 05-311 Chrośla, Poland.
After receiving the returned goods, we will refund your payment without undue delay and no later than within 14 days.
Please note that for certain products (e.g. perishable goods), the right of withdrawal does not apply.
In the case of digital content, if you have given your consent and we have delivered the digital product immediately (before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period), the product cannot be returned.

Complaints (Claims)
For goods purchased on or after 1 January 2023, we are liable to consumers and so-called privileged entrepreneurs for any lack of conformity with the contract existing at the time of delivery and revealed within 2 years from that moment, in accordance with the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.
For other entrepreneurs, liability is governed by the provisions of the Polish Civil Code.
For goods purchased on or before 31 December 2022, we are liable under warranty (statutory liability for defects) if a defect is identified within 2 years from the date of delivery, in accordance with the Civil Code.
For digital content (e.g. e-books, courses), we are also liable if the product is not in conformity with the contract.
If you believe that the purchased product is non-compliant with the contract or defective, you may file a complaint.

In your complaint, specify the product concerned and describe the issue. You should also indicate your preferred resolution (replacement, repair, refund, price reduction, etc.).

Send the product subject to the complaint to our address.
Please do not send parcels with cash on delivery (COD).
Complaints are processed no later than within 14 days from the date we receive the returned product.
