What is Jabama?
Jabama is a Polish manufacturer of workstations, industrial furniture and other equipment for industry and logistics. We also distribute high‑quality complementary equipment from other reputable manufacturers.
Is Jabama a Polish company?
Yes, Jabama is a 100% Polish family‑owned company.
Where is Jabama headquartered?
Jabama’s headquarters are located in Chrośla (address: ul. Lawendowa 75, 05-311 Chrośla), in the Mazowieckie region (near Mińsk Mazowiecki).
How long has Jabama been operating on the market?
Jabama was founded in 2007 and has been active in the workstation and industrial furniture market for 19 years, during which it has gained extensive experience and the recognition of numerous customers from various industries.
What is Jabama’s legal form?
Our entire business activity is currently conducted by Jabama Polska sp. z o.o. Historically, operations were carried out by P.P.H.U. JABAMA Grzegorz Leszczyński.
Is Jabama present on social media and YouTube?

How do I place an order in the online store?
First, add the products you are interested in to the cart (remember to choose the correct variants). To place the order, click the cart icon, review the order summary, choose the delivery method and payment method, then click “Order”. In the next step the store will ask you to create an account/log in or choose the “Purchase without registration” option. Then you will see the order summary and proceed to payment. A successfully placed order results in a confirmation email with the order summary.
What happens after I place an order in the online store?
Orders that have been placed and paid for are forwarded for processing as soon as possible. The selected items will be reserved in the warehouse or their production will be initiated. During order processing, you will receive email notifications regarding the order status (awaiting payment / order in progress / ready for shipment). When the goods are ready for shipment, we will contact you to arrange the exact delivery date.
Will I receive notifications about the status of my order?
Yes, any change in order status triggers an email notification sent to the email address provided in the order. This way we confirm payment receipt, transfer of the order for processing and readiness for shipment.
I want to modify or cancel an order – how can I do that?
To modify an order (if this is still possible, for example at an early stage of production) or to cancel an order, please contact customer service immediately via the hotline or by sending an email to marketing@jabama.pl.
How can I pay for my order in the Jabama online store?
All available payment methods and frequently asked questions about payments are described in detail on the “Payment methods” page. Online orders can be paid by traditional bank transfer or via Przelewy24 online payment system, which supports fast online transfers, BLIK and payment cards. The payment method is selected after going to the cart while placing the order.
Where can I find the pro forma invoice and the invoice for my completed order?
A pro forma invoice is sent automatically immediately after placing an order in the online store. The invoice is sent to the indicated email address after the order is shipped, or delivered in paper form at the time of delivery.
I would like to negotiate different payment terms.
In some cases we can agree on different individual payment terms depending on customer needs. In such a case, please contact our sales department at marketing@jabama.pl.
What delivery options are available?
Available delivery methods and order lead times are described in detail in the “Delivery options and lead time” section. Depending on the type of product and the size of the order, the store offers delivery made directly by the seller, courier delivery or personal collection.
What is the order lead time?
The lead time is indicated on each product page and is usually 4 weeks from the date the order is paid.
Can I collect the goods in person?
Yes, personal collection is possible if you select this option when placing the order or after prior arrangement with our customer service team.
Can I order products to be delivered abroad?
Deliveries of products to countries other than Poland are agreed individually with the seller each time.
Does Jabama offer installation services?
If you select Jabama delivery performed by the seller, the delivery also includes bringing in and assembling the ordered products. The installation service within Jabama delivery is free of charge. This is particularly convenient for larger orders, as it saves time on self‑assembly.
How can I submit an enquiry about a specific product from the online store?
On the page of each product available in the online store there is an “Ask about product” button which directs you to a contact form. Our sales team will respond to your enquiry as soon as possible.
I would like to receive a quotation for a product from the store.
All Jabama products can be purchased directly in the store, or we can prepare a personalised offer based on which the order can be placed. This is a good solution especially if you want to modify a given workbench configuration.
What does a Jabama product quotation include?
Each quotation includes a detailed description and technical specification of the product, a visualisation or photo, the product price, information about delivery and other commercial terms. As a rule, each quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Is an assembly manual included with the product?
Yes, if the product is supplied disassembled, an assembly manual is included to support correct installation.
I need help designing a production or storage area.
This is of course possible as part of our comprehensive customer support. Simply give us a brief description of your situation and needs, and our customer advisors will provide guidance and recommendations for the design of your production or storage area and its equipment, as part of preparing a product offer.
How can I view the products available in the store?
We publish many photos of our products on the website, on our social media profiles and on YouTube. We also have a showroom at our headquarters (ul. Lawendowa 75, 05-311 Chrośla).
Does Jabama have a showroom where I can see the products before purchasing?
Yes, we have a showroom at our headquarters (ul. Lawendowa 75, 05-311 Chrośla), which you can visit during business hours (7:00–16:00 on working days) to see Jabama products.
What is the warranty period for the products?
The standard warranty period for our products is 3 years.
How do I submit a complaint (claim)?
If you are not satisfied with the purchased goods, please submit a complaint in writing by sending it to ul. Lawendowa 75, 05-311 Chrośla, or by email to marketing@jabama.pl. We will review your complaint as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days of receiving it.
Can I get a discount on an order in the online store?
In the Jabama online store we run periodic promotions, during which you can shop using discount codes (from 5% to 15%, depending on the promotion). In addition, an individual discount may be granted (for example for larger orders). For this purpose, please contact our sales department at marketing@jabama.pl.
Can I order a workstation in a non‑standard configuration tailored to my individual needs?
Yes, the workstations and workbenches available in the store are example configurations – you can choose different accessories, dimensions or other non‑standard modifications. In such a case, our sales department will prepare a suitable design and quotation if you send us an email to marketing@jabama.pl with a brief description of your needs.

How do I create an account in the Jabama online store?
You can do this by clicking the “Register” button in the upper right corner of the website and filling in the registration form. When registering, you need to provide an email address. You can also create an account while placing an order in the cart by clicking the “Register” button in the “I do not have an account yet” section.
Do I need to register to shop in the online store?
No, registration is not required. You can shop without creating an account by choosing the “Purchase without registration” option.
Can I log in using Google when placing an order?
Yes, our online store allows this. Simply click the “Sign in with Google” button when placing an order.
What are the benefits of creating an account in the online store?
By registering in our store, you gain several benefits such as order status tracking, access to your purchase history, no need to re‑enter your data for subsequent purchases, and the ability to receive discounts and promotional coupons.

What products can I buy in the Jabama online store?
We offer a wide range of products that allow comprehensive equipment of production plants, workshops, laboratories and warehouses. Among other things, we sell:

Can I order a workstation with a different set of accessories than the variants available in the online store?
Yes, of course. Simply contact our sales department by email (marketing@jabama.pl), via chat, or using the “Ask about product” form on the page of the product you want to modify. Our sales team will prepare a customised workstation design and its visualisation and send you a quotation.
What are the standard worktop sizes for Jabama tables?
Assembly tables are available as standard in six sizes: 1200×700, 1500×700, 1800×700, 1200×900, 1500×900, 1800×900 mm.
Can I order a workbench in a non‑standard size?Yes. We manufacture workbenches in six standard sizes, but we also produce tables in non‑standard sizes according to customer specifications.
Can I freely choose and combine accessories for workstations?
Yes, the workstations available in the store are only example configurations. We can freely customise them to match 100% of your specific needs. Our sales department can quickly prepare an offer for such customised workstations.
What accessories can be installed on a workbench?
We offer a wide range of accessories for each type of table. For example, Jabama workstations can be equipped with:

As a manufacturer, we can also design tables adapted to mounting various non‑standard components – you can be sure we will build exactly the workstation you need.
What types of height adjustment are available for the tables?
We offer fixed‑height tables (standard height 800 mm), tables with stepless screw adjustment, electrically adjustable tables with lifting columns and crank‑adjustable tables. We recommend the guide “Which type of table height adjustment to choose” available on our blog.
Are the position and height of accessories installed on the upper frame adjustable?
Yes, in fixed‑height tables, accessories on the upper frame are adjustable using holes spaced every 80 mm. For height‑adjustable tables, accessories on the rear uprights are steplessly adjustable.
What is the standard load capacity of assembly and workshop tables?
As standard, the load capacity is 300 kg evenly distributed. For workshop tables (designed for heavier work), the load capacity ranges from 400 to 500 kg.
Do you offer all types of tables with electric height adjustment?
Yes, each type of Jabama workstation is available with electric height adjustment in the range of 680–1070 mm.
What are Jabama workbench tops made of?
As standard, our worktops are made of durable melamine‑faced board with a thickness of 18 mm (smaller sizes) or 25 mm (larger sizes). In addition, workshop tables can have a top made of 30 mm hardwood plywood, which can be further covered with sheet metal or rubber.
Do you manufacture industrial tables and other industrial furniture in ESD versions with antistatic protection?
Yes, we manufacture widely recognised ESD workstations with conductive worktops and metal parts coated with conductive paints. We also produce other ESD furniture such as cabinets and racks, and we distribute other ESD and cleanroom equipment.
