Przelewy24 is an online payment system that allows you to make fast payments for your purchases. Using the Przelewy24 platform, you can pay easily from your bank account, with BLIK, or by payment card.

How do I choose the payment method when ordering?
After adding products to the cart, click the cart icon in the top right corner of the page. You can select your payment method by choosing the preferred option in the “Payment” section directly under the cart summary, to the right of the “Delivery” section. After selecting your preferred payment and delivery options, click the “ORDER” button. -
Will I receive a sales document from the Seller after placing an order?
Yes, regardless of the chosen payment method, after placing your order we will automatically send you a system‑generated pro forma invoice. -
Will I receive confirmation from the Seller after my payment is received?
Yes, each payment recorded in the system will change the order status from “Awaiting payment” to “In progress” and trigger an email informing you about the status update. -
Which payment options can I use when paying via Przelewy24?
When paying via Przelewy24 you can use BLIK, payment card or instant bank transfer. -

Does the Seller charge a fee for choosing a specific payment method?
No, none of the payment methods available in the online store incur any additional fees. -
How are payments handled for orders placed outside the online store (based on an individual offer)?
Orders placed outside the online store should be paid by traditional bank transfer as an advance payment before the order is delivered to the customer, on the basis of a pro forma invoice sent before delivery. For large orders and regular customers, it is possible to agree individual payment terms and deadlines.
