Cable and wire cart

Cart for wires and cables.

A specialized cart used for transporting and storing wires, cables, wires or other goods. The cart can also be used to transport goods being prepared for painting or goods being collected from the paint shop.

Total dimensions of the wire cart:

1651 mm in length including guide handles,

884 mm in width including wheel mounts

1624 mm overall height.

This cable cart has 3 horizontal mast/beam sets of 1442 mm in length. Lower and middle made of 50x30x2 mm profile upper made of 50x50mm profile. The lower and middle mast with five and the upper one with three arms on the right and left side.

Each arm of length 304 mm made of 30x40x2 mm profile. Due to the thicker profile of the thicker mast/beam, the arms of this mast are extended about 10 mm forward beyond the lower arms. The arms are horizontally adjustable in 100 mm increments to the right or left. The maximum distance between the arms of the lower and middle beams is 1330mm and the upper beam is 930mm (measured on the outer sides of the arms). In the view of the carriage below, the beams / masts are at a height of ; lower 830mm, middle 1230mm and upper 1575mm above the ground. The beams are also height-adjustable in 100mm increments except for the top one which can be lowered by 80mm or, alternatively, by turning the mounting plates you can go lower still. The maximum height of the upper mast is 1575mm and the minimum height of the lower mast is 430mm (measured to the upper edges of the beams). While it is possible to unmount the middle or bottom beam if necessary, the top beam should not be re-mounted because it is the structural element "tying the whole thing together".

Each arm of the cart for wires and cables equipped with a hook to prevent slipping of the wires, made of 3mm thick sheet metal, bent at an angle of 90° the hook extends above the arm about 50 mm upwards.

Stand base equipped with wheels with a diameter of 125mm. All wheels swivel with a brake. Powder-coated metal parts in RAL 7035 (light gray). The cart is additionally equipped with a shelf with dimensions of 1450x704 mm ( already with ABS edge veneer) shelf supported on a steel structure made of melamine-coated chipboard thickness 18 mm veneered with ABS edge veneer thickness 2 mm. shelf on the edges has a rim protruding above the shelf top at a height of about 34mm. Shelf edge made of melamine chipboard thickness 18 mm veneered on the edges of ABS thickness 2 mm. The edge reduces the surface of the shelf by 18 mm on each side.

The load capacity of each arm is 10kg, i.e. 100kg for the lower and middle beams and 60kg for the upper beam. The load capacity of the shelf is 50kg distributed evenly. The carrying capacity of the entire wire cart is 310kg distributed evenly.
