How are wires organized and stored?

The DPR-19014 dispenser is designed for maximum storage capacity while maintaining a compact footprint on the desk. Inside, there are 10 support rods for wire spools (with a maximum diameter of 110 mm each).

Wires are fed smoothly through front exit holes. This allows the operator to pull and cut the required length of wire without the risk of tangling.

Additionally, the top shelf serves as a storage space for 3 extra wire coils (up to 200 × 200 mm) or essential hand tools.

Workspace optimization

The compact base of 640 × 242 mm saves valuable tabletop space, keeping wires of various diameters organized at a single access point.

A solid dead weight (8 kg) and construction made of 1.5 mm thick sheet metal, combined with non-slip leveling feet, guarantee unit stability. The dispenser will not slide across the tabletop even during fast wire unwinding.

What size spools fit inside the dispenser? Selection depends on the outer diameter of the spool. Inside the housing, on the support rods, spools up to 110 mm in diameter fit—up to ten at once. Larger wire packages up to 200 × 200 mm can be placed on the top shelf (space for three). We recommend measuring your most frequently used wire spools prior to purchase.

Where is the best place to position the dispenser on a workbench? Its shallow depth allows it to sit at the back of the tabletop or on an overhead workbench shelf, preserving 100% of the primary workspace area. The unit remains extremely stable: its weight and leveling feet keep it anchored during rapid wire unwinding. Side handle cutouts allow single-person transport between workstations.

Is the dispenser suitable for multi-shift industrial use? The enclosure is made of structural steel with an impact- and wear-resistant powder coating, engineered for daily industrial production and service use. It contains no wearable parts requiring regular replacement—maintenance is limited to basic cleaning.
