Description
ESD three‑shelf wire cart is a practical solution for transporting and storing components sensitive to electrostatic discharge in production departments, warehouses, and internal logistics. The open wire design allows quick identification of the contents while providing good air circulation and easy cleaning.
Three horizontal wire shelves enable convenient arrangement of bins, containers, and components, and their layout supports order picking and material delivery directly to the workstation. Dual‑sided handles and 360° swivel castors improve the ergonomics of maneuvering the cart, regardless of the direction of travel.
The cart’s structure is made of metal components protected with a chrome‑plated finish, which ensures high resistance to mechanical damage and a durable, tidy appearance in industrial environments. Four wheels, including two with brakes, provide smooth starting, good maneuverability, and stable immobilization of the cart during loading and unloading. The ESD version enables controlled dissipation of electrostatic charges from the cart to the grounding system, increasing the safety of transported electronic components.
