The grinding table with an electrically adjustable working top is a novelty on the market. It is designed for grinding and cutting metal parts, and also - after adding an additional top made of perforated plywood - for grinding wooden parts. Height adjustment is carried out by means of two electric columns protected by special folding covers that prevent dust from entering.
The grinding table has a large work surface made of galvanized steel grid and an optional extra top made of perforated plywood. Dust extraction is carried out from the chute under the worktop and from the rear extraction walls. The chute is equipped with two dust and filings drawers. The table needs to be connected by piping to an extraction and filtration unit or to a large filter-ventilation unit in multi-station extraction systems. The presented grinding table requires connection in four places (2 x bottom chute + 2 x extraction walls on the tabletop). The load capacity of the tabletop is 200kg distributed evenly.

Features of grinding table 1500 mm with electric height adjustment

• Height of the worktop is electrically adjustable, by means of electric columns and control panel located under the worktop, in the range of 690-1090 mm 
• Large extraction area: dust extraction from the bottom and from the rear extraction walls
• Large work surface with overall dimensions of 1500x985 mm, extraction walls placed on the tabletop with a depth of 220 mm
• The tabletop is formed by two grilles: the larger grille can be removed without removing the tabletop extraction walls
• An extra top made of perforated plywood for an extra charge
• Two extraction walls with a total length of 1500 mm, the dimensions of a single wall are 745x600x220 mm (length x height x depth)
• Possibility to connect the extraction walls from the top or from the side with a pipe fi 160 mm (unused connection is plugged), the bottom chute connected from the back with a pipe fi 160 mm in two places
• LED lighting 15W, 4000K 
• Openable side walls allow processing of larger items
• Two removable dust and filings drawers
• Grinding tables are not EX approved. They do not have air filters or a fan in the extraction system, so they must be connected to a suitable extraction and filtration device
