Grinding table with electric height adjustment

Grinding table with an electrically adjustable working top is a novelty on the market. It is designed for grinding and cutting metal parts, and also - after adding an additional top made of perforated plywood - for grinding wooden parts. Height adjustment is carried out by means of two electric columns, which are protected by special folding covers that prevent dust from getting inside them. The table has a large work surface made of galvanized steel grating and, optionally - at an extra charge - an add-on made of perforated plywood. Dust extraction is carried out by a chute under the worktop and from the rear extraction walls. The chute is equipped with two drawers for dust and filings. The grinding table requires a piped connection to an extraction and filtration unit or to a larger filter-ventilation unit in multi-station extraction systems. It also requires connection in four places (2x bottom chute + 2x extraction walls on the tabletop). The load capacity of the tabletop is 200kg if distributed evenly. 

Features of the grinding table with electric height adjustment

• Height of the tabletop is electrically adjustable, by means of electric columns and a control located under the tabletop, in the range of 690-1090 mm
• Large extraction area: dust extraction from below and from the rear extraction wall
• Large worktop with total dimensions of 2000x985 mm, on the worktop there are extraction walls with a depth of 220 mm
• The tabletop is formed with two grilles: the larger one can be removed without removing the tabletop extraction walls
• Additional perforated plywood top at extra charge
• Two extraction walls with a total length of 2000 mm, dimensions of a single wall: 1000x600x220 mm (length x height x depth)  
• Possibility to connect extraction walls from the top or from the side with a pipe fi 160 mm (unused connection is sealed), the bottom chute is connected from the back with a pipe fi 160 mm in two places
• Each extraction wall has its own 15W LED 4000K lighting
• Openable side walls allow processing of larger items
• Two removable dust and filing drawers
• Tabletop load capacity: 200 kg evenly distributed
• Grinding tables are not EX approved. They do not have air filters or a fan in the extraction system, so they must be connected to a suitable extraction and filtration device
