JABAMA DPR-19014 Wire Dispenser is an ergonomic workstation organiser designed to optimise assembly, servicing and cable harness pre-assembly processes. It enables smooth unwinding and precise cutting of wires directly at the workstation.

How are the wires stored?

The DPR-19014 dispenser was designed to provide maximum capacity while maintaining a compact footprint on the worktop. Inside, there are 10 support rods for wire spools (each with a maximum diameter of 110 mm).

The wires are conveniently routed outside through front outlet holes. This allows the operator to unwind and cut the required cable lengths smoothly, without the risk of tangling.

In addition, the top shelf provides storage space for 3 additional cable coils (up to 200 × 200 mm) or the most frequently used hand tools.

Optimised use of workspace

The compact 640 × 242 mm base saves valuable bench space by organising wires of different cross-sections in one convenient dispensing point.

Its solid weight of 8 kg and 1.5 mm sheet-steel construction, combined with adjustable non-slip feet, ensure stable positioning. The dispenser remains in place on the worktop even during rapid cable unwinding.

Frequently asked questions

What spool sizes fit in the dispenser? The external diameter of the spool is the deciding factor. Inside the housing, each support rod accommodates spools with a diameter of up to 110 mm, with space for up to ten spools at the same time. Larger cable packs measuring up to 200 × 200 mm can be placed on the top shelf, which provides three positions. Before purchasing, it is advisable to measure the cable packs most frequently used at the workstation.
Where is the best place to position the dispenser at the workstation? Its shallow depth allows it to be positioned at the back of the worktop, or equally well on the upper shelf of an assembly bench—without reducing the operator’s working area at all. The structure remains highly stable: its own weight and levelling feet keep the dispenser in place even during fast, dynamic wire unwinding. Integrated side cut-outs make it possible to move it to another workstation without assistance.
Is the dispenser suitable for multi-shift operation? The housing is made of structural steel and protected by an impact- and abrasion-resistant powder coating, making it suitable for everyday use in production and service environments. It contains no consumable parts requiring periodic replacement; maintenance is limited to cleaning the housing.
Is it available in another RAL colour or in an ESD version? The dispenser is manufactured at the JABAMA facility in Poland, so colour modifications and special versions are assessed individually.
