WE-SPEC-0816-05370 trolley is a paint trolley used for transporting and storing goods prepared for painting or products already painted. The trolley is made of four separate walls and the walls are made of risers equipped with 7 welded arms each (plus at the very bottom in each of the risers an additional 1 welded arm for mounting to the base). The risers are 1697mm long, made of 40x40x2 profiles, with 7 arms, 700mm long, on each of them made of a 26.9 x 2.65mm pipe (wall).

All arms of the painting trolley are secured with a high-quality, transparent, non-reinforced plastic hose with a wall thickness of 3mm. The hose put on the shoulders is very tight, there is no way for it to slip off. Flexible and strong hose. Profiles directly above the arms (the wall to which the transported goods may touch) are secured with 3mm corrugated rubber glued on them. 6 transverse profiles connecting the walls, also covered with rubber. This protection prevents accidental scratches when using the stroller.

The basis of the painting trolleys is a rectangular welded structure made of 60x40x3mm profiles. 4 walls with arms screwed together and with the base creating a strong and stable structure.

The painting trolley is equipped with four swivel wheels with a brake with a diameter of 160mm.

Drying carts have one handle on the left and one on the right. Powder coated steel structure in RAL7035 (light grey).
