Universal mobile table for prefabrication of electrical cabinets with manual adjustment of height and frame tilt angle SMR-SPEC-09729 is ideal for mounting control cabinet panels and entire enclosures, electrical components and industrial automation. Unlike other prefabrication workbenches with manual adjustment, the SMR-SPEC-09729 model features the ability to assemble small cabinets thanks to the additional work surface on the operating frame. To assemble smaller panels, simply move one of the arms to the slot in the centre of the frame. All arms are height-adjustable, have knob clamps, and the frame itself can be extended to accommodate the assembly of various components. A prefabrication station constructed in this way increases work comfort and translates into increased production efficiency thanks to the possibility of adapting it to the individual requirements of the assembler.

Technical specification of the SMR-SPEC-09729 workstation

- The durable construction made of welded and bolted steel profiles ensures safe operation thanks to its rigidity and stability. The table allows for precise work. Powder coated in light grey RAL7035 for protection against corrosion and mechanical damage.

- The maximum load capacity of the table is 120 kg, which allows for the assembly of even larger and heavier control cabinets.

- Ergonomic system for smooth manual adjustment of the height and angle of the workbench frame's tilt. Height adjustable from 805 to 1105 mm. Simply loosen the knobs on the three rack's legs, lift the frame to the desired height and lock the knobs. Free adjustment of the frame angle from 0 to 80° allows you to work in a comfortable position and easily access the components being assembled. Adjustment should be carried out without load.

- Universal working frame, extendable at the front, rear and sides, covered with protective rubber. The frame surface before extension is 735 x 875 mm, and after extension up to 1000 x 1275 mm. Thanks to an additional socket for an arm in the middle section of the frame, the table has additional working space for mounting small boards and cabinets with dimensions of 460-660 x 564-764 mm. Simply move one of the arms to the middle slot.

- Removable and extendable arms with clamps (6 pieces) on knobs allow you to attach elements of various heights up to 170 mm.

- Set of 4 swivel castors with brakes, diameter 125 mm, suitable for industrial use. Enables quick movement of the table and rotation of the workstation during assembly.
