Adjustable ESD table with lighting and perforated panel

The basic, universal SM table made in the ESD version intended, among others, for the electronics industry. All used components provide protection against electrostatic discharge. Easy height adjustment and possibility of installing additional equipment, ensure high ergonomics of the work station. We also offer tables in various sizes. ESD SMRC-02 WORKBENCH WITH LIGHTING AND REAR WALLS

1) Workbench on solid and durable steel construction, powder coated with conductive paints (ESD) in light grey colour RAL7035. Maximum load capacity is 300 kg,

2) Smooth height adjustment in the 750-1150 mm range, on four screws.

3) Table top made of 25 mm thick laminated conductive chipboard (ESD),

4) Central LED 30W lighting in a dustproof, hardbreaking frame on steel construction. Height adjustable in increments of 80 mm, max. 2200 mm from the ground. Switch normally installed on the rear wall,

5) Workbench equipped with metal levelling feet, discharging electrostatic charges to the ground,

6) Rear wall (200 mm high) made of ESD conductive chipboard 25 mm thick, and perforated wall 380 mm high (9 mm square holes, 38 mm grid to the center of the holes). Made of 2 mm thick sheet powder coated with conductive paint,

7) Grounding box with two 10 mm latches, 4 mm banana socket and 1,8 m grounding wire,

ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT

We want our products to be as modular as possible. hence the possibility of chosing a wide range of additional equipment for the workbenches. If a particular table model does not have an alement that you need (e.g. additional shelf), we are able to include your needs in the project. In case of any doubts, we encourage you to contact our sales department. Below is a list of an exemplary additional equipment.

1. ACAR power strips with surge suppressor on five sockets and 5 m cable.
2. ZPAS aluminium power strips.
3. Shelf on arm.
4. Keyboard drawer 300x700 mm.
5. LED 30W central lighting.
