ESD Assembly Workbench with Lighting and Shelf

ESD assembly workbench designed for use in the electronics industry and other applications, compliant with IEC 61340-5-1. Unlike most workbenches offered by competitors, our workbench is built entirely to ESD standards while remaining highly competitively priced. It features a worktop and shelf made from conductive board, and its frame is coated with high-quality ESD conductive paint. It also includes a grounding assembly and feet that dissipate electrostatic charges to the floor within an ESD Protected Area (EPA). All components used provide protection against electrostatic discharge. SMPC ESD workbenches provide an excellent foundation for further customisation with additional accessories from our range. SMPC ESD ASSEMBLY WORKBENCH WITH SHELF, LIGHTING AND PERFORATED REAR PANEL

1) Assembly workbench with a durable, stable metal frame, powder-coated with ESD conductive paint in light grey RAL 7035,

2) Worktop made from 25 mm thick ESD conductive melamine-faced particleboard,

3) Shelf supported by a metal frame, 300 mm deep and extending the full length of the workbench. Height adjustable in 80 mm increments. The shelf is made from 25 mm thick ESD conductive melamine-faced particleboard. Optional 45-degree shelf tilt adjustment is available at an additional charge,

4) The workbench is equipped with a 17 W LED light in a 662 mm long dustproof housing for the 1000 x 700 mm worktop size, or a 26 W LED light in a 1280 mm long dustproof, shatter-resistant housing for larger sizes. The light is mounted on a metal support frame. Lighting height is adjustable in 80 mm increments, up to a maximum of 2200 mm above the floor. The switch is mounted on the rear panel as standard, with alternative positioning available,

5) Rear panel made from ESD conductive board, 200 mm high and extending the full length of the workbench, plus a perforated rear panel made from 2 mm thick sheet metal, 380 mm high, with 9 mm square holes on a 38 mm pitch,

6) The workbench is equipped with adjustable metal levelling feet that dissipate electrostatic charges to the floor,

7) Grounding assembly with two 10 mm snap connectors, a 4 mm banana socket and a 1.8 m grounding cable,

8) Thanks to the quality of the materials and workmanship, the workbench offers a load capacity of up to 300 kg,

9) A wide range of compatible accessories makes it easy to configure the workbench to suit your requirements.
