ESD Table with shelf and drawer

The basic, universal SM table made in the ESD version intended, among others, for the electronics industry. All used components provide protection against electrostatic discharge. ESD SM tables are an excellent base for further modifications, by installing additional elements from our assortment. We also offer tables in various sizes. ESD SMPK6 WORKBENCH WITH SHELF AND DRAWER

1) Workbench on solid and durable steel construction, powder coated with conductive paints (ESD) in light grey colour RAL7035,

2) Table top made of 25 mm thick laminated conductive chipboard (ESD),

3) Shelf on a steel construction at 300 or 400 mm height above table top. Shelf 300 mm wide and table length, made of conductive chipboard (ESD) 25 mm thick,

4) Drawer on telescopic and ball guides with 100% extension and 45 kg load capacity, closed on central lock and powder coated with ESD conductive paint. Drawer height is 77 mm, front of the drawer height is 100 mm. Can be places on the left or right side of the workbench,

5) Workbench equipped with metal levelling feet, discharging electrostatic charges to the ground,

6) Rear wall 200 mm high (with adjustable height),

3) Shelf on a steel construction at 300 or 400 mm height above table top. Shelf 300 mm wide and table length, made of conductive chipboard (ESD) 25 mm thick,

4) Cabinet with dimensions 500x500x500 mm with 4 drawers, closed with a lock. Cabinet powder coated with ESD conductive paint in light grey colour RAL7035. Drawers 75 mm deep, mounted on ball bearing slides with 100% extension Can be placed on the left or right side of the workbench,

5) Rear wall 200 mm high (with adjustable height),

6) Workbench equipped with metal levelling feet, discharging electrostatic charges to the ground,

7) Grounding box with two 10 mm latches, 4 mm banana socket and 1,8 m grounding wire,

8) Thanks to the quality of materials and precise workmanship, the maximum table load capacity is 300 kg,

9) Many additions that allow to create an optimally configured product.

ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT

We want our products to be as modular as possible. hence the possibility of chosing a wide range of additional equipment for the workbenches. If a particular table model does not have an alement that you need (e.g. additional shelf), we are able to include your needs in the project. In case of any doubts, we encourage you to contact our sales department. Below is a list of an exemplary additional equipment.

1. ACAR power strips with surge suppressor on five sockets and 3 or 5 m cable.
2. ZPAS aluminium power strips.
3. Computer shelf 300 mm wide.
4. Keyboard drawer 300x700 mm.
5. Central lighting 2x36 W.
6. Balancer holder.
7. Monitor holder.
