ESD workstation assembly table with three drawers

The basic, universal SM table made in the ESD version intended, among others, for the electronics industry. All used components provide protection against electrostatic discharge. ESD SM tables are an excellent base for further modifications, by installing additional elements from our assortment. We also offer tables in various sizes. ESD SMPCK1-03 WORKBENCH WITH SHELF, CABINET AND LIGHTING

1) Workbench on solid and durable steel construction, powder coated with conductive paints (ESD) in light grey colour RAL7035. Maximum table load is 300 kg,

2) Table top made of 25 mm thick laminated conductive chipboard (ESD),

3) Workbench equipped with a container 500x500x500 or a single drawer with a central lock, optionally:

4) Central LED 30W lighting  in a dustproof, hardbreaking frame on steel construction. Height adjustable in increments of 80 mm, max. 2200 mm from the ground. Switch normally installed on the rear wall,

5) Shelf on a steel construction, adjustable in increments of 80 mm. Shelf 300 mm wide and table length, made of conductive chipboard (ESD) 25 mm thick,

6) Rear wall (200 mm high) made of 25 mm conductive ESD chipboard,

7) LZA5 power strip with sure suppressor and switch. It has as many as 5 sockets with earthing pin and a 5 m long power cord,

8) A set of ESD storage containers,

9) Workbench equipped with metal levelling feet, discharging electrostatic charges to the ground,

10) Grounding box with two 10 mm latches, 4 mm banana socket and 1,8 m grounding wire,

ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT

We want our products to be as modular as possible. hence the possibility of chosing a wide range of additional equipment for the workbenches. If a particular table model does not have an alement that you need (e.g. additional shelf), we are able to include your needs in the project. In case of any doubts, we encourage you to contact our sales department. Below is a list of an exemplary additional equipment.

1. ACAR power strips with surge suppressor on five sockets and 3 or 5 m cable.
2. ZPAS aluminium power strips.
3. Balancer holder.
4. Monitor holder.
