Mobile rack for assembly of control cabinets, electrical boards and industrial automation

The base of the prefabrication rack is a rectangular, strong and stable welded structure. The construction is designed to support electrical boards and control cabinets or industrial automation cabinets made of welded as well as bolted together steel profiles. Places where the load may touch the metal profiles are lined with corrugated rubber with a thickness of 3mm, and all shelves are lined with smooth rubber 3mm for additional protection of the mounted elements. The rack along its length has four rear structural brackets per side, which are used to support cabinets against them, the spacing between the brackets is 454mm.

The assembling rack is equipped with two large shelves (one per side) used for placing mounted control cabinets, electrical boards or industrial automation cabinets on them. Each of the shelves is made of 18mm thick chipboard and supported by a steel structure. The load capacity of each of the shelves is 150kg distributed evenly. Each shelf is covered with 3mm smooth rubber for additional protection of the mounted elements, in addition, the rubber puts some resistance and reduces the possibility of movement of the mounted elements. Described shelves also have the ability to change the height from 525mm from the ground to 1315mm from the ground in increments of 80mm (adjustment on 8 screws each shelf). The dimensions of each of the large shelves are 1500x300mm.

The rack is also equipped with one small shelf for tools with top dimensions of 500x200mm which is also covered with smooth rubber.

• rubber coating of the work surface
• load capacity of the entire cart: 300kg evenly distributed
• dimensions of shelves for cabinets and control boards: 1500x300 mm
• maximum height of a mounted element: 1600 mm (possibly more, but then the top of the mounted element will go to the other side and only an element up to 1600mm long will fit)
