A specialised assembly station designed for the efficient mounting of control cabinet panels, electrical cabinets and for the production of wire harnesses. The station features flexible manual configuration of the work surface thanks to a system for adjusting the height of the frame and the tilt angle of the work area. It is also distinguished by the possibility of adjusting the size of the operating frame to the size of the mounted enclosure, making it possible to assemble various panels from all cabinet manufacturers. The high level of ergonomics improves worker's comfort and guarantees easy access to all sections of the mounted assembly board or cabinet. Therefore, the use of the SMR-SPEC-03084 table by professionals significantly improves work efficiency and production processes related to prefabrication by up to several dozen percent. 

The control cabinet prefabrication stations manufactured by Jabama are reliable and made of welded and powder-coated steel profiles, which gives them a high maximum load capacity. The work surface itself is covered with rubber to protect the workbench and the components being assembled. Ergonomic and efficient prefabrication of control cabinets

1. Adjust the height of the workstation to the user's height and the type of assembly board thanks to smooth adjustment.
2. Mount in a horizontal position or adjust the angle of the work surface up to 55 degrees.
3. Extend the universal work frame to the sides, adjust the front and rear arms of the table by pulling out the profiles with mounting clamps. To secure the mounted boards more firmly, use additional side stops with clamps. If they are not needed, you can quickly remove them. 
4. Securely fasten the assembly board or cabinet with limiters and extendable clamps. Mount elements up to 170 mm high (up to 100 mm without unscrewing the side limiters).
5. Freely rotate the frame during installation and move it from place to place.

The frame and arms with clamps can be easily adjusted thanks to the knob system.
